I haven't seen restaurant that has this but saw PLDT fiber posters at Mamburao. For hotels, better ask them first. LTE is available in the main areas.

Where to stay in Camiguin?

I tried:

Medano Island Resort - they have bunk beds and room for groups. This is within walking distance to White Island terminal and resto-bars. No wifi. Accommodates walk-ins.

Caves Dive Resort - standard room for two and for groups. They have their restaurant. You can watch sunset. The wifi is only at the restaurant. Accommodates walk-ins.

I stayed around the area of White Island Terminal because there were food options.

Yes. There are ATMs at Mamburao town proper.
