The cheapest and easiest way to roam around Camiguin is by motorbike. You can rent one for about Php300 -350/day, which is the normal haggling price range.

For groups, you can rent a multi cab or motorella throughout the tour. Php 1200 for a whole day tour can bring you to places. Drivers are instant tour guides too :)

Island of pure sand. No store, no trees. Locals will offer umbrella rentals.

Visit early morning to take advantage of natural light and a few tourists.

Sunset watching is nice, but the island becomes crowded in the afternoon.

Matigue Island is a 20min boat ride from the port. There are locals living here, a restaurant, and some cottages for rent. You can just lay your towel on the sand or under a tree and enjoy your music with bottles of beer. Note that you can only stay up to 4 hours. The island is not so big that tourists can have a circumferential stroll.

The falls is too long that you'll find it challenging to put the whole length in your phone cam frame. You can find the colorful Camiguin letters in this area.

This seems like a hidden fall of Camiguin. A strong current from the top makes it looks so powerful. You can find it far from the highway but in the same area as the Sto. Nino Cold Spring. Don't worry; the route towards here is concrete, and seldom do you see vehicles along the way. To find my off-the-beaten track entry, make sure not to head back to the town proper using the earlier route but continue to drive along the bypass road.

I have known Camiguin because of this, so every traveler must see this too. Its story is sad, but the end effect made it touristy. You may cross the sea and reach the Cross for only Php20. Locals also offer snorkeling to see the tombs under the sea.

Not-so-hot hot spring, though still enjoyable with its lukewarm water in the evening. I visited twice to relax after the whole day of the tour. The entrance fee is Php50.

A real cold spring. Be ready to chill once you dip. And no, this cold spring is far from Ardent, so you can't do Cold Spring then Hot Spring. The entrance fee is Php100.

It is nice to see this too. No tour guide here to tell its story, but it made me wonder how the Spaniards discovered the island.

Ask for local mountain guides. Do not hike all by yourself. 

After visiting Tuasan Falls, continue your trip to this bypass road, and you will see an overlooking spot. Few locals are here chilling and sometimes drinking. You'll get a picturesque view of the sea, city, and mountains.

The famous Vjanders is from Camiguin. It is a must. You can also try Pastil. You can find its store along the road toward Mantigue Island (if you are coming from Mambajao)

Camiguin is the home of the Lanzones Festival. They celebrate this every third week of October during the harvest season of Lansones. Trust me, their Lanzones are the sweetest in the Philippines, maybe because of this island's volcanic soil.
